“People Get Ready” is a song that stayed with me for years because of Pastor Carter. The way he sang it, the spirit behind it…It always meant something deeper and I think it’s so relevant to everything happening in the world today.

Making this video took four years. It was full of emotions, challenges, and some amazing moments of triumph. More than anything, this piece is an ode to music and creativity, a tribute to Pastor Carter, and a reminder that it’s never too late to lock in with God, improve yourself and finish what you started.

“So teach us to number our days, that we may apply our hearts unto wisdom” - Psalms 90:12
